June… Bride… Pearls… Beautiful!

Bride. Pearls. Summer. Weddings. Nice Weather. These words are all associated with the month of June. Not to mention that this is my hubby’s birth month, so that makes this month extra special. June is one of the celebrated months for weddings as season changes to summer. And today we celebrate Pearls- the birthstone for the June babies and June brides…

Metaphysical properties: Pearl symbolizes purity, clarity, spiritual transformation, charity, honesty, wisdom, and integrity. It stimulates femininity and gives a feeling of calmness and self-acceptance.

Related Birth Month and Zodiac: Pearl: Modern June birthstone. It is also the birthstone for the Signs of Gemini and Cancer. Fresh water pearls are given on the 1st wedding anniversary, the 3rd, 12th and 30th anniversaries.

The Face!

I can now attest that “artists'” really run in the family. Aside from my Mom and older brother, Alfred, I feel blessed as I am surrounded by talented young girl artists I called “nieces”… Sketched from the soul of a sixteen-year old girl and etched in her heart- this beauty comes to life….
